Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If a delay in processing is expected, the customer will be notified. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $50
  • Standard Flat Rates of $6.90-$9.90 depending on weight
  • Economy Rates of $4.90-$19.90 depending on weight
  • International Rates calculated at checkout via USPS/DHL

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states.

International Shipping We do currently offer international shipping to 27 countries. Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, UAE, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Isreal, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates.  

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at lilymoonstonesapothecary@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
